Tanunda Town Band with Magda Szubanski as part of JetStar Airlines’
South Australian product launch

Tanunda Town Band is available for bookings for your event or function. We specialise in light-entertainment and German style “Oom-Pah” music, but can, by negotiation, produce a show with vocalists, soloists, and even a “Melodienacht Lite” experience.

Some events and companies for which the band has performed include:

• Sieber Family Winery (Barossa Gourmet Weekend)
• JetStar Airlines (South Australian Launch)
• National Wine Centre
• Barons of Barossa
• Junction Motor Inn
• South Australian Government
• South Australian Tourism Commission

The band has also toured extensively, and with advance notice can travel intra/interstate as well as overseas. Some examples of tours undertaken by the band include:

• Achille Lauro - ten-day South Pacific Cruise
• Oriana - two-week South Pacific Cruise
• Ocean liner Queen Elizabeth II - performance onboard during port of Adelaide call
• Hong Kong Fringe Festival
• Representing South Australian State Government on tour to Malaysia (twice) and Singapore (twice)

Tanuda Town Band was the recording band for the hit movie Breaker Morant and The Reunion, and also appeared on screen during Breaker Morant.
